HOW TO USE IT

INTIMICHIC MENSTRUAL CUP is very easy and comfortable to use. However, a little practice may be necessary at first. It's very important to be relaxed and find the most comfortable position for inserting and removing it.

Insertion

1. It's very important to be calm and relaxed.
2. Before using the INTIMICHIC CUP for the first time, sterilize it in boiling water for three minutes and use INTIMICHIC CLEANER
3. Wash your hands thoroughly with warm water and natural soap.
4. For the first few insertions, we recommend wetting the cup or using a water-based lubricant.
5. To insert the UPC, we recommend the following positions: sitting, squatting, kneeling or standing. Try to choose the best one for you.
6. Hold the TASSE with your fingers and press down. Then use the fingers of your other hand to fold it lengthwise.

8. After insertion into the vagina, release the cup and allow it to unfold and adhere to the vaginal walls. Check the correct position

• Wash your hands thoroughly.
• Choose the most comfortable position and find the stem of the Intimichic cup. If necessary, help yourself by pushing your vaginal muscles, to push them close to you.
• Hold the stem and carefully remove the cup. If you are unable to remove the Intimichic cup in this way, use a finger to separate the cup from the vaginal wall.
• Empty the contents of the Intimichic into the toilet and wash with water. If you wish, you can use a PH-neutral, fragrance-free soap. It's ready to use again.

Cleaning and maintenance.

• During the menstrual period, simply wash the menstrual cup with warm water and natural soap.
• After menstruation, the menstrual cup should be sterilized by boiling for 3 minutes.
• Check that the small pressure holes under the rim are perfectly clean. If they need further cleaning, fill the cup with hot water, cover it with your hand to seal it and press on the sides so that the water is expelled through the holes.
• Store the menstrual cup in the bag provided. Do not place it in a storage area that does not allow air circulation.
